Our Client: This is a thriving independent Real Estate agency with 3 offices locations bordering the South-East city fringe. Run by two young, highly experienced Directors, they boast the largest residential rent-roll in the area and have taken advantage of continuing development and growth in the areas they are located.

Duties: Working as part of this young, dynamic and rapid paced team, you will be responsible for the leasing and showing of properties to prospective renters / tenants.

- Take rental enquiries, follow up email and phone enquiries
- Liaise with tenants to set open times
- Show properties via private inspection and Open homes
- Provide feedback to Property Managers (on comparable rental prices and presentation of the properties)
- Reviews applications, conducts background and reference checks
- Assist with compiling leases and lease packs

Specific requirements:





- Some previous experience in Real Estate (you could be coming from a different role, or have done work experience and be looking for an opportunity to get in the door)
- A current Certificate of Registration or License
- Solid work ethic and be a team-player
- A reliable car and a valid Drivers License
- Well-established mutli-office business
- Ongoing, on-the-job training and mentoring
