About the role
Section 4 Security is seeking a Casual, Part time or full-time, to join our team in a High End -Retail environment. you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' protection of staff, customers, merchandise, and store assets, while maintaining the premium image of the brand through a skilled presence and high standards of conduct.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a security officer or in a similar role,
ideally within the experience in high-end or retail security.
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Visible, yet approachable, security presence on the retail floor
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- A current security license and a clean criminal record check
- Class 1A security licence is required
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays
- Australian work rights are required
What you'll be doing
- Patrolling premises and monitoring for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
- Responding quickly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on any security-related matters
