Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Gungahlin. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full listing and sales process, including prospecting for new listings, conducting property appraisals, and preparing marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include hosting open homes, arranging private inspections, responding to buyer and sellers inquiries, and guiding clients through offers and negotiations.

The role also involves preparing contracts and documentation in coordination with legal and conveyancing professionals, maintaining accurate records in agency systems, and providing ongoing customer service to clients before and after transactions.



The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing property transactions.
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and meet performance goals.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
- Strong local market awareness in Gungahlin and surrounding areas, with the ability to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and evenings as required, with a valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Comfort using real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software.
