Workfast is currently seeking multi-skilled Crane Operators / Mechanical Hands for a major Sydney Water Treatment Plant project located in Wollongong.
We are looking for versatile, mechanically minded operators who thrive in live utility and plant environments. In this role, you will be operating plant equipment (C6 Crane, Telehandler, LF Forklift), assisting with mechanical maintenance and site installations, and supporting general project delivery.

What You Need to Succeed (Essential Criteria)
- C6 Crane Ticket (Slewing mobile crane up to 60 tonnes)
- LF Forklift Licence
- Telehandler Ticket / Experience (Gold Card or relevant HRW endorsement)
- Mechanically Minded:
Solid mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with plant equipment maintenance
- Industry Experience: Proven track record working within the utility, water treatment, civil infrastructure, or heavy industrial sectors
- Current White Card & valid Driver's Licence
- Commitment to strict site safety and environmental standards
