We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Mining & Project Logistics team based in Hendra.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working alongside their team, and thrives in a rapid-paced operation.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising daily warehouse operations
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Operating high reach forklifts in double deep racking
- Ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently
- Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role (essential)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) and Forklift High Risk Order Picker (LO) licence
- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts and working with double deep racking
- Experience unloading/loading containers and trucks
- Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
