We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Representative who enjoys being on the road, solving customer problems and winning recent business.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing new business while growing an established customer base across Queensland.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their operations and provide practical solutions from our extensive range of industrial fasteners, tools, consumables and engineering products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
- Regularly visiting workshops, manufacturing facilities, construction sites and industrial customers
- Providing product advice and tailored solutions
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
- Negotiating sales while achieving revenue and margin targets




- Maintaining accurate customer information using our CRM system
- Monitoring market activity and identifying growth opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who understands industrial customers and enjoys building genuine long-term relationships.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in industrial fastener, engineering supply, industrial consumables, building products or technical B2B sales
- A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills and excellent relationship-building ability
- The confidence to engage with procurement teams, engineers, workshop managers, supervisors and tradespeople
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems
- A current Queensland Driver Licence
