Reports to: Team Leader & Business Director
Position Summary
As a Level 1 employee at All-inclusive Care, you play a pivotal role in delivering service excellence across our cleaning and bin management services. You are a proactive team player capable of working independently. You’ll self‑assess your own work, ensure compliance to the company’s high standards and work, health and safety best practices. You are both hands‑on and strategic with time management, with the ability to drive our mission forward.
Guidelines
- Providing day to day comprehensive cleaning and bin management services.
- Successfully fulfilling the tasks outlined in the results‑based scope of work while ensuring complete results. Tasks include vacuuming, dusting, removing cobwebs, glass cleaning, wall cleaning, lift cleaning, mopping, blowing and collecting leaves and loose rubbish, toilet cleaning, wheelie bin management, among other related tasks.
- Must be physically able to work within a manual handling environment.
- Proactive and an eye for detail is required.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Use company vehicle to travel between job sites and HQ
- Work from various field locations as needed
- This position incorporates limited operational support and hands‑on service delivery as per allocated roster.
- Use TimeTree as our main job management software to follow and fulfil your daily work plan in full.
- Use TimeTree to timely deliver comprehensive reporting and photo evidence for every service done, along with reporting all unforeseen events and suggestions.
- Follow instructions carefully and communicate improvement suggestions where required.
- Prompt and effective rectification action once a Quality Assessment Report (QAR) is received and ensure posterior task completion in future services.
- Successfully use and follow all internal company operating procedures, systems and best practices.
- Successful management and tracking of jobs keys and/or remotes for jobs.
- Refer to job documentation as an on site immediate support tool.
- Report low stock levels in your vehicle timely to ensure you have proper supplies available at all times for a successful service delivery.
- Liaise with partners and clients on job progress, scheduling and issue resolution.
- Provide comprehensive reporting internally to the Director and team members and externally to clients and partners as required.
- Positive and friendly customer focus with a happy to help approach to every conversation.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Awareness of WHS requirements and regulations in NSW, and training provided.
- Organisation, purposeful communication, effective time management, proactive, and high self‑assessment skills are a must.
- Comfortable with Google Drive, messaging apps and other relevant software for service delivery, tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to work both hands‑on and on the field.
- Committed, reliable, communicative, and kind towards all tasks and human relations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, abiding schedules and producing the expected results.
- Must be aligned with our mission, vision, values and Care Fundamentals (as presented in All-inclusive Care onboarding)
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid NSW Driver Licence
