Ziggis Print and Sign Centre Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who is able to combine creative design, prepress and customer service skills at our busy Loganholme based print, sign and design centre.

The role will involve preparation of finished art and digital files for output to print, as well as the capability of transforming ideas to designs. This is a hands-on role including operation of the digital printers and various finishing tasks.

The graphic designer position is on-site no WFH.

What you'll be doing

- Designing and creating high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage and more
- Operating and maintaining printing equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production of client orders
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects that exceed their expectations
- Collaborating with the broader team to continually improve our design and production processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and printing technologies
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients get the best

The Graphic Designer is responsible for design of digital and printed brand collateral including:

- Brochures, style guides and flyers
- Press advertisements and outdoor
- Design of social media assets
- Design of online display assets
- Design of marketing stationery & branded collateral e.g. flyers, posters, brochures, letterheads,



business cards
- Design of signage and outdoor advertising
- Photo editing and resizing
- Email Marketing Creative

What we're looking for

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- Industry experience
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to learn to operate printing equipment and managing the full print production process




- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A passion for design, printing, signage, digital media and delivering high-quality work

You must have:

- Experience in a design role, preferable within a print environment;
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite
- Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate and sell design concepts to customers and to liaise with customers in a way that enhances customer satisfaction;
- Creativity, as demonstrated by a portfolio of design concepts;
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability be a team player;
- Excellent organizational skills, including the capacity to follow a work flow and manage multiple jobs.
- 2+ years experience in a similar graphic design role
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Sound understanding of digital design principles
- Proficiency in creating print ready finished art
- Ability to follow client guidelines and requirements
- Ability to work across a broad range of client requirements from design, to print, to signage
- MS Office knowledge
- Customer service is a vital part of this role with a requirement to liaise with clients on an on-going basis.
- Experience in an instant print environment will be highly regarded.
