Specialised and Emergency Vehicles Australia (SEVA) is a specialist fleet bodybuilder based in Brendale. We build and fit out vehicles for large government and private fleets. We are looking for a reliable team member to join our workshop as Stores & Workshop Assistant.

This is a hands‑on support role focused on practical day‑to‑day tasks. It suits someone who values steady, consistent work in a supportive team rather than rapid career progression or high‑pressure targets.

Stores & Workshop Assistant
Permanent Full‑Time | Brendale

Key responsibilities

- Parts and vehicle delivery and pickup

- Facilities maintenance and workshop cleanliness

- Support to stores, including:

- Goods receiving and dispatch

- Stocktakes

- Picking of jobs

- Covering the Store person during absences

- Stocking and replenishing consumables and PPE

- Managing the in/out flow of vehicles for fit‑out (inspection and paperwork)

- Other related duties as required

What we need

- Current unrestricted (open) driver’s licence





- Practical stores or workshop experience

- Reliable, careful approach when handling customer vehicles and high‑value assets

- Basic computer skills

- Good literacy and numeracy

- Friendly, can‑do attitude and willingness to muck in

- Forklift and/or MR truck licence is an advantage but not essential

The role involves real responsibility for customer vehicles and workshop operations. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a solid track record of dependability and attention to detail in similar environments.
