Assistant Store Manager - Gregory Jewellers Blacktown

We have an prospect for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Blacktown Boutique.

You will manage and lead the team overall along with the Boutique Manager whilst being hands on in day-to-day sales.This a great opportunity to lead and gain a further understanding of store processes with the support of an experienced the Boutique Manager.

Ultimately, you are an Ambassador for Gregory Jewellers, and potentially next in line for a Boutique Management role!

This role would suit a current 2nd in charge, Key Holder or an experienced Senior Sales professional who is looking for career progression.

We are seeking someone available for an immediate start.

- Have previous retail management or team leadership experience
- have some jewellery and watch experience
- Are capable of leading others and creating a positive team environment
- Are able to sell and achieve high sales through fantastic customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Are able to build rapport quickly
- Are driven and motivated to succeed
- Present themselves professionally and with pride




- Can work weekends and Thursday late night trade.
