About the role
We are looking for a polished and proactive Receptionist & Administration Assistant. In this standalone role, you will deliver exceptional service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key responsibilities
Front Office & Client Service
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintain a skilled and welcoming reception area
Administration & Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, cabcharge & parking
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond or escape queries
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate daily office activity
Office & Facilities
- Ensure kitchens, meeting rooms and common areas are clean and stocked
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery
- Liaise with building management, cleaners and suppliers
Events & Team Support
- Arrange catering, office ordering and support for internal and client events
- Provide general administrative support across the business
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
