About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and growing market share across your designated territory. You'll work closely with property managers, agency principals, and business owners to provide solutions that support compliance requirements.

Your Responsibilities

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings




- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage your sales pipeline through CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience

What We're Looking For

- Proven success in Business Development or B2B sales
- Experience within property compliance, real estate, proptech or related industries highly regarded
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Current driver's licence
