We are seeking experienced, self-motivated & customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our team at Gladstone Road Pharmacy, on both a full and part-time basis starting as soon as possible.
Being a small Community Pharmacy, customer service and looking after our patients is our team's primary focus. Providing a high level of compassion and understanding for our more vulnerable patient groups is something we are very proud and passionate about. Most customers are long-term and local so there is a very country town feel even though we’re in the middle of Brisbane.
You must have experience working in a Pharmacy, with a an S2/S3 certificate being preferred. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills,
a keen eye for detail and great work ethic as well as being enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised.
This role is diverse and will include:
Providing exceptional service to our customers
Merchandising and promotions in the store
Invoicing, updating planograms and stock maintenance
Assisting with vaccination service co-ordination in-store
Handling scheduled counter medicinal enquiries
Our trading hours include Saturday mornings so there is roster flexibility. We believe that our team members are our greatest asset so your enthusiasm and genuine passion for the delivery of outstanding customer service will shine above all else.
