We're looking for an enthusiastic Learning, Development & Reward Advisor to join our People & Culture team and help bring our learning, capability, and reward initiatives to life.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across a broad range of learning, development, and reward activities that help our people succeed.

Working closely with leaders and the wider People & Culture team, you'll coordinate learning programs, support leadership development, manage learning systems, assist with remuneration and reward initiatives, and help deliver projects that make a genuine impact across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate learning and development programs across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia
- Support leadership development and capability initiatives across the business
- Maintain learning pathways, training records, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate, onboarding, and early careers programs
- Assist with remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward initiatives
- Support employee recognition and engagement programs
- Prepare reports and provide insights on learning participation, capability, and reward activities
- Work closely with leaders to coordinate training and development opportunities
- Assist with employee wellbeing, talent, and capability projects
- Identify opportunities to improve learning programs, systems, and employee experiences

About You

You're organised, proactive, and passionate about helping people develop their skills and reach their potential.

You enjoy building relationships, coordinating projects, and finding better ways to deliver great outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, People & Culture, Training, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office and systems capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for learning, people development, and creating a great employee experience

Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), remuneration processes, employee recognition, onboarding, or HR systems will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
