Join the dynamic team at Coastal Property Collective as a full time Property Manager based in Kingscliff, NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising returns for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including processing applications, managing tenancies, conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance
Proactively market available properties to quality tenants and maintain high occupancy levels
Handle tenant inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Prepare detailed property condition reports and periodic inspections
Ensure all relevant legislation and company policies are adhered to
Collaborate with landlords to develop effective rental strategies and maximise returns
Maintain comprehensive property records and provide regular updates to clients
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a residential property manager, ideally in the Kingscliff or Northern Rivers region
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and digital tools
A customer-centric approach and commitment to providing exceptional service
