At Super Retail Group we're investing in our Product Compliance function and are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to multiple iconic brands including Supercheap Auto, rebel and BCF while developing your expertise in product safety, compliance and risk.

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Whether you've worked in product compliance, quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, consumer products, or another compliance-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide advice on product safety, consumer law and compliance requirements across a diverse product range.

Assess product compliance against Australian and New Zealand standards and regulations.

Review testing outcomes, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

Support product investigations, recalls and compliance-related issues.

Partner with merchandising, sourcing, legal and compliance teams to drive safe and compliant products to market.

Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance framework.

What You'll Bring

Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, product standards or compliance frameworks.

Knowledge of ACCC requirements, Australian Consumer Law, product safety regulations,



standards or similar regulatory environments.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Strong analytical skills with the ability manage and interpret data.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Experience investigating issues, assessing risk and driving corrective actions.
