Who can apply?

- Be willing to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have permanent working rights in Australia
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about working with children
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have flexible availability
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a QLD Working with Children Check
- Hold a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
- Provide proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) and Whooping Cough (Pertussis), or be willing to receive them

Please note: To be eligible for a traineeship, you must not have completed a Certificate or Diploma qualification (outside of secondary school) within the last seven years.
