An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established global organisation on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, provide commercial financial insights, and support business performance during a busy period.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering financial analysis, partnering with operational leaders, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial support and insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and performance analysis.
- Deliver financial modelling and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A; role.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
