We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts person to manage the financial transactions and accounts for the company.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure accurate reporting, timely processing, and efficient handling of all accounting, payroll, reporting and compliance.
You will be required to work in the office located at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Management Reporting
- Reporting and compliance with various regulatory bodies
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and job tracking
- Provide timely and accurate financial data for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Accounts or similar role in an accounting department [required]
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
