About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Senior General Administration Manager to oversee end-to-end office operations, local HR compliance, vendor governance, and cross-functional management for our Australia & Oceania regional business. Based in Australia, you will build and optimize local operational systems, mitigate employment and administrative risks, and provide stable, high-quality back-office support for our quick-growing energy storage team

Key Responsibiliti

- esManage full lifecycle outsourcing vendors (payroll, tax, insurance, visa services) and establish standardized KPI assessment and cost control syste
- msOversee daily office administration, including tenancy management, procurement, IT security, travel arrangement, and visa & work permit coordinati
- onEnsure full local labour compliance, conduct regular risk audits, and handle employee relations and grievance issu




- esCollaborate with sales, finance and headquarters teams to optimize regional administrative policies, workflows and localized operation syste

Requireme

- ntsBachelor’s degree or above; Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related majors prefer
- redMinimum 3 years of comprehensive HR and administration experience; overseas working experience is highly prefer
- redFamiliar with end-to‑end admin & HR operations, vendor management, and risk control; knowledge of Australian local employment regulations is a strong advant
- ageFluent in written and spoken English for independent local business communicat
