About the Role

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—greeting practice members, managing appointments, handling payments, and supporting our treatment team. You’ll also assist with spinal hygiene exercises, document patient encounters, and educate patients on a healthier lifestyle.

This is a patient-focused, fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems without needing to be micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing





Taking ownership of the reception area—ensuring patients feel welcome and supported.

Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.

Anticipating what’s needed next and acting on it without waiting for direction.

Educating patients about chiropractic care and assisting with spinal hygiene exercises.

Assisting with non-surgical decompression machine setups.

Supporting basic administrative and clinic operations.

What You Need

Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus).

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy practice.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset—we want self-starters, not just order-takers.

Marketing or sales experience is not required but highly valued.

Chiropractic students in their final 2 years are encouraged to apply.

- Up to $35/hr based on experience ($48/hr Saturdays) + incentives.
- Approx. 20 hours per week (various shifts available).
- Must be available for some evenings & alternate Saturday mornings.
- Complimentary Chiropractic care.

Available Shifts

Varies - Flexibility is essential

Morning shifts: 7:30 AM start

Evening shifts: Finish between 7:00–7:45 PM

Alternate Saturday mornings
