We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our energetic team at North Ryde RSL Community Club Ltd. In this full time role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the club's offerings and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels, including social media, email, and in-club advertising.

Assist with the production of marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, and digital assets.

Contribute to the planning and coordination of events and community engagement activities.

Conduct market research and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer journey.

Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling, content management, and reporting.

What we're looking for

Experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies,



such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and graphic design tools.

Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays when promotions and events are scheduled.

Bachelor's degree or currently completing studies, with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
