We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear for every new enquiry, responsible for capturing, triaging, and routing leads to the right Business Development Manager to qualify and close. For some opportunities you’ll manage the process end‑to‑end yourself, and across all of them you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Working closely with our BDMs, you’ll support our salon, spa, and clinic partners while also going after new business of your own.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own a territory and focus on growing and nurturing our salon, spa, and clinic partnerships
- Be the first point of contact for all new enquiries,



responding quickly and making a strong first impression every time
- Manage the full lead process from initial capture through to handover or close, keeping every prospect moving and nothing falling over
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate lead status, customer notes, and next steps so the pipeline is always visible
- Spot new business opportunities within your territory and go after them
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with our BDMs to keep their territories running smoothly
- Liaise with internal teams including supply chain, operations, finance and clinical to make sure customers get what they need
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care

Who You Are

- A proven B2B salesperson, ideally with experience in professional beauty, spa, or aesthetics
- Someone who builds genuine rapport quickly, whether on the phone, over email, or in person
- Organised and detail‑oriented when it comes to CRM and lead tracking. You treat the pipeline as your responsibility, not a chore
- Energetic and authentic. You bring enthusiasm to every conversation without it feeling forced
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and still deliver
- Good at thinking on your feet and staying solutions‑focused when things get busy
- Comfortable with Excel, cloud‑based CRMs, and everyday digital tools
