About the Role
Join a team that helps drive world-class clinical research across CALHN. You'll manage the day-to-day administration that keeps clinical trials moving, build strong relationships with researchers and stakeholders, maintain key systems and financial records, and help deliver high-quality research support in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Manage clinical trial administration from submission to file maintenance
- Coordinate enquiries and provide timely support to researchers and stakeholders
- Maintain clinical trial databases, records and regulatory documents
- Process invoices, payments, receipting and financial records
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and meeting supportMonitor budgets, reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Liaise with funding bodies, sponsors and internal teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives and better business processes
- Build positive relationships across CALHN and external research partners
- Help keep the Research Office running smoothly through shared team support
About You
You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You have a keen eye for detail,
communicate with confidence and thrive in a busy environment where your work supports meaningful clinical research.
- Experience in administration and financial support
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
