Kaleidoscope Kids Booval is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Centre Co-Manager to join our leadership team. Skills and Experience

- ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education).
- Proven leadership experience as a Centre Manager or Co-Centre Manager.
- Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and assessment processes.




- Excellent communication skills to connect with families and motivate staff.
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Qikkids an advantage.
- Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the NQF, Assessment and Rating (A&R;) processes, and Child Protected Standards, as well as the ability to develop a strong Quality Improvement Plan and process.
- Valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) National Police Check
- Current approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications.
- Excellent financial acumen and communication skills.
- Valid Australian work authorisation to work in Australia without restrictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Compliance & Quality: Act as the Nominated Supervisor to ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law, and Queensland regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and inspire a highly motivated team of early childhood professionals.
- Operations & Occupancy: Manage centre budgets, rosters, and administrative workflows while driving occupancy growth through positive community connections.
- Family Partnerships: Build trusted, respectful relationships with families and facilitate smooth, transparent communication.
- Community Connections: Build strong partnerships within the community to further support our team and families.
