LFG Global Services is seeking a property caretaker/handy person for a permanent part-time role (five days a fortnight) at a large residential property. The role starts at 7:30am and ends at 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, and involves exterior maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs.
You will work with the existing Caretaker and implement the routine maintenance plan, with emphasis on hands-on tasks and a robust safety mindset.
