Position: Site Supervisor – Southern Region

Location: Bella Vista office, Moss Vale Yard (Must be willing to work away from home)

Employment: Permanent

Remuneration: Hourly rate plus overtime, allowances and benefits (LAFHA, Ute, Fuel Card, etc.)

About the Opportunity

PCA Ground Engineering is expanding across the Southern Region and is seeking a driven, hands-on Site Supervisor who can lead from the front in complex, high-risk environments.

This role is suited to a genuine multi-discipline operator - someone who understands how to run mixed crews across civil, drilling, piling and structural scopes, and who thrives on delivering technically demanding work safely and efficiently.

The Role

You will lead crews across civil construction, ground drilling and anchoring systems, concrete structures and remediation, piling works and rope access operations.

This is not a single-trade supervisor position. We are looking for someone with practical experience in more than one of these disciplines and proven capability coordinating varied work fronts simultaneously.

You will take ownership of daily site operations, resource allocation, productivity, safety compliance and quality outcomes on technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multi-skilled crews across varied scopes of work

Plan and sequence daily activities to meet program targets

Manage plant, labour and subcontractors efficiently





Drive productivity while maintaining strict safety standards

Ensure compliance with project specifications and QA requirements

Provide clear communication between site and project management

Demonstrated experience supervising mixed construction trades

Hands-on background in at least two of the following: civil works, ground drilling, piling, concrete structures or rope access environments

Strong leadership and decision-making capability

Solid understanding of construction safety systems

Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)

Current Driver’s Licence

Willingness to work away from home as required
