Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, build long-term partnerships and influence the success of some of Australia's leading organisations.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong commercial outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Working closely with our Operations team, you'll oversee facility maintenance programs, monitor performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help deliver outstanding results for both our clients and Modus Projects.

This role offers genuine autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a growing national business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build trusted relationships with clients and become their strategic partner.
- Manage contracts, renewals, budgets and account performance.
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs across multiple sites.
- Monitor KPIs,



SLAs and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Support new client onboarding and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

What You'll Bring:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Facilities Management or a similar service-based industry.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, contracts, budgets and service delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with facilities management systems.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to influence positive outcomes through strong partnerships and effective communication.
- Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership, builds trust and genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences. You lead with integrity, remain calm under pressure and are motivated by creating lasting relationships that deliver value for both your clients and the business.
