Location: Brisbane Based | Monday-Friday Regional Travel

About the Role

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Supervisor / Superintendentto oversee the delivery of major regional infrastructure projects across Queensland. Projects include renewable energy, treatment plants, bridge and structures packages, utilities and major civil infrastructure works. You'll provide strong site leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead site delivery teams across multiple regional projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and workforce.
- Manage project programs and daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.




- Monitor productivity and construction progress.
- Work closely with Project Managers and commercial teams.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor Supervisors, Engineers and site personnel.

About You

- Extensive civil construction supervisory experience.
- Robust background delivering structures and civil infrastructure.
- Wind farm, bridge or large infrastructure experience highly regarded.
- Self-performing contractor background preferred.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Willing to travel throughout regional Queensland.
