What you'll be doing
- Schedule and conduct routine property inspections
- Prepare inspection reports and identify maintenance items
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance and follow up on repairs
- Support the Property Management team with day-to-day portfolio tasks
- Step in to assist the team during annual leave and busy periods
What we're looking for
- 6+ months' experience in Property Management, Leasing or Routine Inspections
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and outstanding attention to detail
- Team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
