Commercial & Contracts Advisor | Sunshine Coast

Goodline is seeking an ambitious Commercial & Contracts Advisor to join our Head Office team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone in the early stages of their legal, commercial or contract management career who is looking to develop broad experience across construction, mining and maintenance projects.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational teams, you will assist with the management of contracts, insurances, labour hire agreements, subcontractor documentation and commercial compliance across the business. You will play a key role in supporting commercial operations while helping establish the processes, systems and controls that support Goodline's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and prepare contracts, agreements and commercial documentation
- Assist with the administration of client contracts and subcontract agreements
- Manage labour hire agreements and supplier contractual requirements
- Coordinate business insurance renewals, claims and policy administration
- Maintain contract registers, compliance records and commercial databases
- Support project teams with contractual and commercial queries
- Assist with commercial reporting,



governance and document control
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, insurers and external legal advisers as required

About You

- Recently qualified lawyer, legal graduate or 1-5 years' experience in a legal, contracts, commercial or compliance role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review contractual documentation
- Excellent written communication and document drafting skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business
- Practical, reliable and solutions-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing commercial function
