Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role across a portfolio of complex enterprise technology initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of technical and business transformation projects within a large, complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, project managers and vendors to define requirements, analyse business processes, and help deliver technology solutions across multiple domains. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable operating in quick-paced environments where no two projects are the same.

Projects will span both technical and business initiatives including infrastructure, networking, cloud, integration, security, data, operational technology and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.

- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

- Analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.

- Support solution design, impact assessments and option analysis.

- Develop business cases, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Assist with project planning, risk management and change activities.

- Coordinate testing, business readiness and implementation activities.





- Engage with vendors and third-party technology partners throughout delivery.

About You

You are an experienced Business Analyst who is equally comfortable discussing business processes with executives and technical solutions with engineers.

You possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and have worked within complex enterprise organisations where governance and delivery excellence are critical.

Essential Experience

- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong experience delivering enterprise technology projects.

- Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

- Experience facilitating workshops and managing senior stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Highly Desirable

- Previous background in Network, Infrastructure or Cloud technologies.

- Experience working on enterprise infrastructure transformation programs.

- Understanding of cybersecurity, integration or enterprise architecture.

- Previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience.

- Experience within highly regulated or complex environments such as banking, financial services, utilities, transport, telecommunications or large enterprise organisations.

- Experience working with Azure, Microsoft technologies or enterprise data platforms.
