Shape educational excellence across 17 Sunkids Children’s Centres throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about mentoring others, improving educational practice and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

About the Role

You will:

- Support the effective use of Mana and other technology tools to create learning journeys, including AI tools.
- Coach and mentor Centre Managers, Educational Leaders and educators.
- Strengthen the implementation of the EYLF, reflective practice and intentional teaching.
- Support centres to create beautiful, purposeful and engaging learning environments.
- Promote Reggio Emilia-inspired practice and the environment as the “third teacher.”
- Improve curriculum planning, documentation and critical reflection.
- Support Quality Improvement Plans and Assessment and Rating preparation.
- Deliver professional development and educational forums.
- Regularly visit centres across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

About You

You will have:

- Experience with Mana or a similar platform is highly regarded.
- Robust knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
- Experience in educational leadership, curriculum, pedagogy or mentoring.
- The ability to coach, motivate and positively influence educators and leaders.
- An understanding of Reggio Emilia-inspired practice and inquiry-based learning.
- Excellent written communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using digital systems and technology.
- A current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
