Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical delivery activities for a major military data platforms project, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Manage end-to-end scheduling, governance reporting,
and complex delivery risks to support critical mission-readiness systems.
- Establish robust communication channels and engage closely with technical and operational stakeholders to align project outputs with broader business priorities.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical dependencies, risks, and project blockers across multiple delivery streams.
- Provide authoritative, evidence-based specialist advice and recommendations to operational leadership, promoting knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Technical Toolkit: Deep familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, alongside enterprise governance reporting frameworks.
- Experience: Proven track record in technical delivery management or technical project management, ideally within a complex Defence, national security, or broader Federal Government environment.
- Core Capabilities: Superior stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated capability to translate complex technical data concepts for diverse non-expert audiences, aligned with SFIA Level 5 (TECH) capabilities.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the secure nature of this setting, candidates must hold a current NV2 security clearance.
