Markwater Plumbing is actively seeking a motivated, organized and suitably qualified individual to become a commercial Project Manager/ Site Managerand oversee Various projects within our commercial division. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following:
Managing and scheduling of jobs
Procurement of materials and cost control
Managing contract variations
Liaising with builders and site supervisors
Managing quality control
Providing supervision/technical direction to our plumbers on site.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Driver’s License
Construction Industry White Card
Ability to engage and manage Plumbers and Subcontractors in order to meet technical, quality and compliance requirements
Monitor and ensure adherence to standards and compliance codes
Project Supervision/Management experience highly desirable but not essential
