Sales Supervisor - Mars Campers | Caboolture | Also available: Brisbane (Richlands)

Mars Campers is looking for a proven closer to lead our front-line sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone who thrives on accountability, leads from the front, and knows how to build a high-output sales culture.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive conversion across showroom, phone, and online leads
- Build a culture of urgency, discipline, and results
- Lead by example - including personally closing high-value deals
- Take ownership of difficult or escalated deals
- Train the team in objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Ensure every lead is followed up until closed or disqualified
- Maintain relentless focus on gross profit outcomes
- Own key metrics including conversion rates, sales volume, gross profit, lead response times, follow-up activity, and finance and accessory attachment rates
- Run regular performance reviews based on measurable results
- Identify and fix underperforming areas rapid
- Ensure a professional,



positive buying experience at every stage
- Resolve issues quickly to protect brand reputation and keep deals on track
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all sales activity
- Coordinate with finance and operations for smooth deliveries
- Represent the brand at expos, events, and showroom campaigns

What You Bring

- Proven sales leadership experience in automotive, caravan, camper trailer, or high-ticket retail
- A strong track record as a closer with numbers to back it up
- KPI-driven mindset with real accountability experience
- Ability to motivate and manage a results-focused team
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Available weekends when required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday Mandatory half-day Saturdays Interstate and weekend work required from time to time
