What you can expect when you join our team:

- Competitive Above-Award Salary – $72,800 per year plus Salary Packaging to maximise your take-home pay.
- Permanent Part-Time Security – Guaranteed minimum of 56 hours per fortnight (7 x 8-hour shifts) with fair rotation across morning, afternoon and active night shifts.

No Experience? The Right Attitude Matters Most.

While experience in disability support, mental health, youth work, community services, aged care, nursing, corrections or emergency services is highly regarded, it isn't essential. We're looking for people who are compassionate, resilient, calm under pressure, willing to learn and committed to making a genuine difference.
