RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for departmental daily data processing, report preparation & submission, analysis and workflow automation;
- Assist the Department to optimise and existing reporting to improve data & reporting quality, maintenance of related models, data & system and workflow automation;
- Support the Department Credit Admin function to assist in finance documents review, credit limit & system maintenance, post approval credit monitoring and portfolio management;
- Assist in comprehensive risk management including monitoring various risk indicators, identify potential risks and provide early warnings and analysis;
- Coordinate and support Audit, Regulatory inspections and risk-related projects such as risk culture,



business continuity plan and testing;
- Providing other ad hoc administrative support to the Risk Management Department’s daily operations.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other related business studies;
- 3 years’ experience in Risk Management, Reporting & Analysis or Credit Administration, ideally with a Bank or Financial Institution;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Sound analytical skills with high level accuracy and attention to detail;
- Good communicator, both verbally and in writing to the level of business report writing;
- Effective time management and good organisational skills;
- Ability to interpret and follow procedures;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SQL / VBA or others;
- Good interpersonal skills and positive team player.
