We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of food safety concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts anywhere from 10pm - 6am a couple of nights per week.
