Tasmanian Independent Retailers, Launceston TAS, is seeking a Risk & Governance coordinator to strengthen compliance and training across the business. You will oversee the policy and procedure library, ensure documents stay current, and drive improvements in policy processes.

You will coordinate training needs, deliver organization-wide training, manage inductions, audits, and KPI reporting, and partner with stakeholders to uphold ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
