A DELISH AFFAIR CATERING SERVICES PTY LTD We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly motivated full-time Marketing Coordinator based at our head office in North Parramatta, NSW 2151, with Victoria and Queensland as areas of responsibility alongside our NSW Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus will be on planning, developing, and managing B2B marketing strategies to meet the targets.

You will work closely with the Director, advising on campaigns that enhance our visibility in key sectors such as healthcare and aged care. This role involves overseeing the creation of targeted marketing materials and managing campaigns within budget and time constraints. The major areas of responsibility will include market research specific to local healthcare and education sectors, preparation of tenders for school canteen contracts, meetings and presentations with facility management in Victoria and Queensland, Coordination of marketing and communication during the acquisition transition and Participation in local industry networking and expos.

Provide expert advice to the management on tailored marketing strategies to effectively reach target markets, improve brand recognition, and position A Delish Affair as a leading catering provider. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, and video materials, ensuring they align with campaign goals, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.



Evaluate market data to spot trends and consumer preferences in the healthcare and institutional sectors, using this information to refine marketing strategies and forecast future demand.

Explore potential market opportunities and gauge the need for new catering services by collecting and analysing relevant consumer and statistical data. Assist in shaping marketing policies and strategies that aim to expand our B2B clientele. Conduct thorough market research to discover new business prospects and adapt our offerings to meet the specific requirements of hospitals and aged care providers.

Provide guidance on key aspects of B2B marketing, including pricing models, promotional activities, etc., ensuring an integrated marketing effort Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification & experience Degree in Business or related field. Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in marketing.

Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
