We are actively seeking a dedicated Skid Steer Operators to join our Recycling and Waste Management team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a rapid‑paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a skid steer loader in accordance with site procedures.
- Load, move, and stockpile materials.
- Assist with site preparation, clean‑up, and general labouring duties when required.
- Conduct daily pre‑start checks and basic machine maintenance.
- Work closely with supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
- Follow all relevant site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with additional site duties when required.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience operating Skid Steers
- Experience performing task such as: Load, move, and stockpile materials
- Current RII Skid Steer Operations
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
- Must have reliable transport.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
