Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, you will play a key role in leading the sanitation team while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and environmental compliance are maintained across our production, packaging, warehouse, and office areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform compliant cleaning and sanitation across all operational areas.
- Supervise and coordinate sanitation activities across at least four primary areas (two facility and two equipment areas).
- Mentor and assess team members across Levels 1–5 competency.
- Maintain sanitation standards within assigned areas and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including sanitation projects and procedure enhancements.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively with Management regarding safety, sanitation standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
- Actively participate in Work Health and Safety (WHS) Committee activities.
