About the role

Full time permanent position based in North Ryde, NSW. Reporting directly to the Supporter Care Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering warm, friendly and timely support to donors and supporters via phone, email, mail and online channels
- Maintaining accurate supporter records in the Raiser's Edge NXT database, ensuring data quality and attention to detail.
- Processing donations, receipts and acknowledgements promptly and in line with supporter preferences
- Coordinating onboarding and engagement activities to create positive supporter experiences and build long-term relationships
- Supporting fundraising campaigns by managing participant packs, merchandise, incentives, enquiries and supporter communications
- Providing end-to-end support for community fundraising initiatives, including DIY fundraisers, In Memory and celebration events
- Assisting with supporter retention activities, including thank you messages, regular giving communications and milestone recognition
- Monitoring supporter feedback, escalating complex enquiries when required, and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional supporter care.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Relevant experience in fundraising, customer service, administration or relevant field
- Has robust moral principles and holds yourself and others to high standards of accountability
- Builds, fosters and sustains relationships (internally and externally)
- Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies and deliver effective services
- Achieves results through a commitment to quality, planning and efficient resourcing
- Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands
