About the Role

You willassistin the successful delivery of ITprojects in yourallocatedremit, ensuring that specific workstreams contribute effectively to broader business initiatives. This role is focused on supporting the planning, execution,documentationand delivery ofprojects within the IT team, contributing to key businessobjectives.

- Support the definition and management ofprojectscope, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand strategic priorities.
- Assistin delivering ITprojects that contribute to organisational goals and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify,monitor, and help mitigateprojectrisks and issues throughout theprojectlifecycle.
- Trackprojectbudgets and costs, supporting effectivefinancial managementand adherence to approved funding.
- Participate in governance activities and ensureprojects follow establishedprojectmanagement standards and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring explicit communication and engagement throughoutprojects.
- Work with business sponsors to define success measures, performance indicators, and expectedprojectoutcomes.
- Prepare and provide regularprojectupdates,maintainingtransparency around progress, milestones, risks, and changes.
- Support the development and management ofprojectplans,



coordinating cross-functional teams to deliverprojects on time and within scope.
- Facilitateprojectreviews, manage scope changes, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are successfully embedded into the business.

WhatYou’llBring

- Tertiary level degree in information technology (or similar) and/or relevant industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience supporting the delivery of ITprojects, with a focus onbusiness solutions
- Knowledge ofprojectmanagement and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
- Proficient withProjectand Portfolio Management Tools. (Visio, MSProject,ProjectServer etc)
- Understanding ofprojectmanagement certification frameworks (PMI or PRINCE2, or similar methodologies)
- 1+ years’ experience working in an FMCG company
