We're looking for an experienced Program Analyst to join a large financial services organisation undergoing a significant business and technology transformation. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives that improve business processes, governance, customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Program Lead, you'll support multiple workstreams across a large transformation program. This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of program coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.
You'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to help define future ways of working, improve processes and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of strategic business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Assist with current-state and future-state process design.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and manage interdependencies.
- Monitor risks, issues, actions and project milestones.
- Support governance activities, including Steering Committee reporting and status updates.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting packs and delivery reports.
- Assist with business readiness and implementation activities.
- Drive actions through to completion and work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Program Analyst/Business Analyst.
- Experience supporting large business or technology transformation programs.
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with governance, RAID management and program reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Highly Desirable
- Financial Services, Wealth, Superannuation experience.
- Exposure to risk, governance or regulatory transformation.
- Exposure/Experience in XPLAN/Salesforce/Midwinter.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting operational change and business readiness activities.
