Shifts & Pay
Casual employment (TFN).
Competitive SCHADS Award rates from $37–$40.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading, depending on experience and qualifications).
Shift times available: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm with 10pm-6am Sleepover. (Must be Versatile)
SIL sites located at STRATHFIELD and more.
Consistent ongoing roster

As our services continue to grow across Sydney, we're looking for experienced and passionate Support Workers who genuinely want to make a positive impact in people's lives.
About the Role
We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex mental health, psychosocial and behavioural support needs.
You'll be resilient, calm under pressure and confident supporting complex behaviours while building genuine rapport with participants. Working as part of a supportive team,
you'll help promote independence, recovery and meaningful outcomes.
Please note this role supports a male participant. Personal care is provided by female support workers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Personal Care support
- Managing Behaviours of Concern using proactive de-escalation strategies.
- Following Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Medication plans and individual care plans, including authorised restrictive practices where required.
- Using Trauma-Informed care and recovery-oriented approaches to support participants.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation and medication support.
- Supporting participants to engage with their community and achieve their individual goals.
- Maintaining accurate incident and shift reporting documentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience supporting people with complex care needs, including personal care, mental health, psychosocial disability, neurological conditions and behaviours of concern.
- Experience or a good understanding of Restrictive Practices.
- An enthusiastic and engaging personality.
- A reliable, flexible, qualified and person-centred approach to support.
- We welcome applicants with experience in disability, mental health, psychosocial support, youth work, community services, aged care, residential care, psychology, counselling, allied health or related fields. Requirements
Current Australian Driver Licence
Own Vehicle
Comprehensive Insurance on vehicle is preferred
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Australian Police Check.
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Working With Children's Check
