About the Role

Reporting to the Executive – Technology and Transformation, you will play a key role in maintaining, securing and continuously improving our technology environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced systems qualified who enjoys solving complex technical problems, improving systems and processes, and taking ownership of IT infrastructure. You will work across a broad technology environment including Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Active Directory, SharePoint, Intune, Windows infrastructure, TeamViewer and CodeTwo, with a particular focus on Intune deployment, automation and systems optimisation. You will also lead and contribute to significant IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations and technology implementations, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

Qualifications / Requirements

- 8+ years' experience in systems administration or a similar IT role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science,



information technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary ICT systems and technologies.
- Proven experience managing on-premises infrastructure, including Windows servers, VMs, storage and networking.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and TeamViewer.
- Practical experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, SQL, Python or similar.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to security, system improvement and technical support.
- QLD Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Satisfactory National Police Check or willing to obtain
- Satisfactory LCS outcome or willing to obtain
- Valid Australian Driver’s licence
