About this Chance
Beaumont Care Clontarf is a 48-bed residential aged care service offering a caring home to residents with various needs. We are seeking AHPRA registered RN's to join the team on a permanent part-time basis, working night shifts. Our well-experienced team of carers will support you in the provision of exceptional care, offering independence and decision-making to the residents who call Beaumont Care home.
This key role reports to the lead Clinical Nurse and Service Manager and works closely with the Registered nursing team and care staff. You will collaboratively guide the team in providing quality resident care and services while partnering with residents and their families/ representatives to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for all.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
AHPRA registration as an RN
Availabilty to work night shifts on a permanent basis
Current NDIS Worker Clearance, or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation unit prior to commencement
Attention to detail and the confidence to discuss choices with residents and their families/ representatives
Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused approach to quality, improvements and feedback
