LOD (Lawyers On Demand) is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join a well-established Australian law firm with a strong mid-market client base and team-oriented culture. Open to Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with 4–5 days per week and 1–2 days in the office as required.
You will provide general employment law advisory support, advise on performance management, disciplinary processes, terminations and employee relations, and support employment and safety related litigation.
